Founding of coreLab Black Forest in January 2009 was due to inspiration of Prof. Dr. med. Thomas Zeller, Head of Department of Angiology of Universitäts-Herzzentrum Freiburg Bad Krozingen.
Start-up was pushed by permanent collaboration and communication with the companies who are performing numerous device studies at our site since many years now.
This had finally revealed the need for a German competitor to the currently existing US core labs.
Furthermore coreLab had the ability to profit from the knowledge of the long existing QCA department which is currently part of Cardiology of the University Heart Centre Freiburg-Bad Krozingen.
coreLab Black Forest GmbH is a subsidiary of the Benedikt-Kreutz-Rehabilitationszentrum für Herz- und Kreislaufkranke Bad Krozingen e.V. with the registered office in Bad Krozingen.
